That's f__king creepy. I don't play any games on my phone. Looks like that will be the rule going forward, too.

The NSA probably has a stake in the "Alphonso" company, and can make tweaks where desired in real time.

I guess you could root the phone and install something that blocks microphone access per app but fakes the permission given by the user, so the app works.

At this point I'm pretty much convinced that any kind of surveillance possible, companies and governments will do.

TVs that spy on you, phone apps that rip everything they can off your phone, operating systems with keystroke loggers, dirt boxes that routinely scoop up everyone's phone calls, license plate readers photoing all cars that pass by, and on, and on.

I think we are failing to uphold the Constitutional clause that protects "The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated..."
