I have no idea what to do over the Labor day weekend. Just going blank. Going somewhere feels like work. Ocean City is 3 hours away or so, and not only is it expensive, but the drive wears me out badly.  Going anywhere else is just as exhausting.

That's the life of a single father.

You are running single threaded in every aspect of life with no backup.
